Arizona State Senator Karen Johnson Honors Blair Gadsby & Brings 9/11 Truth to the Arizona State Senate - VIDEO
“…in particular, I would like to introduce to you a very courageous man named Blair Gadsby. I’m going to ask the folks with Blair to help him stand, as I tell you just a little bit about him. Blair is very weak, because he has been fasting for more than two weeks to try to bring attention to the cause of 9/11 Truth. This is the 16th day that Blair has gone without food, and spent his day outside the office of U.S. Senator John McCain, pleading with the Senator to take a look at new evidence of the 9/11 crimes.

We have one man here, who is sacrificing his own personal needs and desires, to stand boldly, pleading for the world to take notice, to question, to research, and not place their lives in the hands of media sound bites. To think for themselves, consciously and critically.

Blair is an educator, and to me this is what great educators do. Thousands of people all over the country, and actually, around the world have been watching on the internet as this hunger strike progresses here in Phoenix. I want Blair to know that I am one of his biggest fans, and that good people everywhere admire him for his courage and determination.

Please give a warm welcome to Blair Gadsby and the 9/11 Truth movement.”

Aside from Paul and his supporters, the campaign promises “real brand-name entertainers” at their event. Details are expected to be finalized on location (and entertainment) in the next few days.

Obama Should Reach Out to Ron Paul
I wrote a story the other day advising John McCain to pick Ron Paul as aol newshis VP, a genius idea that he has no chance of actually listening to. The main reason I thought of it was that Paul has so frequently humiliated McCain (and the GOP also-rans) during the debates. Why not use that weapon against his Democratic opponent?
Of course, this led me to an even greater stroke of genius, because it actually has a chance at success. I floated the idea on yesterday’s Obama conference call. Here’s the abridged exchange:

Ron Paul plans his own convention
Maverick GOP presidential candidate Ron Paul has booked an arena in pittsburg tribune reviewMinneapolis for a “mini-convention” that could steal some of John McCain’s thunder just days before he accepts the Republican nomination.
A Paul campaign aide said the Texas congressman hopes to pack about 11,000 supporters into the Williams Arena at the University of Minnesota on Sept. 2, which coincides with the second day of the Republican National Convention at the Xcel Energy Center in neighboring St. Paul. Paul, 72, will announce details for the rally Thursday at the start of the Texas Republican Convention in Houston.
“There is a growing surge of people out there just craving” for a return “to traditional American government, limited government that places personal liberty first and places an emphasis on personal responsibility and essentially gets out of the way after that,” Benton said. “The buzz we get from supporters is that they are very eager to come to St. Paul and very eager to send a strong message.”

Democracy for Thy, but not for Thee
There will be no debate at the GOP convention, not if the party brass american chronicleand McCain can help it. 70% of Americans want a change in our policy in Iraq and yet the Republican Party plans to seal itself inside the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul immune to call for change that comes from the country at large and will certainly come from outside the convention hall. They will pretend not to hear it and perhaps deny it´s even being said. Only a brave few Ron Paul supporters will be inside this bubble, the bubble that has engulfed this party since 2002, trying to prick the consciousness of the delegates and those watching at home. They will be no doubt be brutalized (mentally and or physically) and be ridiculed but at least they´ve made it inside to try.

U.S. Economy: Trade Gap Grew in April on Oil Imports
The U.S. trade deficit widened in April as the surge in oil prices propelled imports to a record, overshadowing the biggest gain in exports in four years. The gap grew 7.8 percent to $60.9 billion, more than forecast and the most since March 2007, the Commerce Department said today in Washington. Excluding petroleum, the shortfall was little changed. After adjusting the numbers for inflation, the figure used to calculate gross domestic product, the trade deficit shrank to $46.9 billion, the lowest since August 2003 -Shobhana Chandra/Bloomberg

Professor David Ray Griffin, who is one of the leading voices in the 9/11 Truth Movement, spoke to a capacity crowd in Los Angeles on Wednesday, June 4, 2008. Below is Griffin’s talk - covering mostly new evidence about 9/11 - divided into three parts…

Part 1 (9:32)

“If we do get a real investigation or a trial there is simply no doubt of what the verdict will be because now the evidence that 9/11 is an inside job is now overwhelming.” - David Ray Griffin

In Part 1 Professor Griffin begins with inconsistencies between the statements made by Ted Olsen (Solicitor General of the United States) about his wife Barbara Olsen’s cell phone calls from Flight 77 and that of the FBI. Additionally, Griffin talks about the impossibility of using cell phones at high altitudes.

The last half of Part 1 is spent discussing the odd and unlikely behavior of Mohammed Atta and the inconsistencies in the government’s story about Atta.

9/11 Conspiracy Song Borrows Bee Gees Stayin’ Alive
By John Scott Lewinski June 10, 2008

A YouTube-based, political cover/parody act calling itself The Free Bees rewrote the lyrics of the 1970s disco anthem and Saturday Night Fever theme Stayin’ Alive to promote the theory that the tragedy of 9/11 was a home-grown conspiracy.

The song and video (above), 9/11’s a Lie, kicks off with the lyrics, “Well you can tell, By the way the buildings fell, There was something wrong, Now it’s time to tell…” The refrain includes “Whether you’re a brother, Or whether you’re a mother, 9/11’s a lie, 9/11’s a lie, Neo-cons are shaking, The world has started waking, 9/11’s a lie, 9/11’s a lie…”

There’s no official statement yet on how the surviving members of the Bee Gees feel about having their iconic hit rewritten.

A Background to Bilderberg

Sunday, June 8, 2008, marked the last day of this year’s annual Bilderberg meeting, which took place in Chantilly, Virginia. The American Friends of Bilderberg, an American Bilderberg front group, which organizes the American participant list for the annual Bilderberg conference, issued a rare press release this year. It stated that, “The Conference will deal mainly with a nuclear free world, cyber terrorism, Africa, Russia, finance, protectionism, US-EU relations, Afghanistan and Pakistan, Islam and Iran. Approximately 140 participants will attend.”

Future unclear for state GOP convention, national delegates
With the announcement last week by the Nevada Republican Party that politocarNVit has chosen Jul. 26 to reconvene its first, unsuccessful convention, controversies remain for Ron Paul supporters and previously voted-on delegates that could lead all the way to the Republican National Convention in September.
Supporters of U.S. Rep. Ron Paul (R-Tex.) hope to host a form of make-up convention on Jun. 28 and believe that if they achieve a quorum of the previous Apr. 26 convention attendees they may be able to elect a slate of delegates that could be seated at the national convention.

Op-Ed: Who and What is John McCain?
McCain; now utterly out of his league, assisted North Vietnamese supreme commander General Giap, who had earlier defeated the French in the 20th century’s greatest battle, Dien Bien Phu; make demoralising radio broadcasts targeting active American servicemen. This was psywar at its best, and McCain’s voice became so well known that a US wire service referred to him as ‘PW Songbird’. For North Vietnam, this was a propaganda coup.
This Viet Cong collaborator with the short fuse is the man who would be Republican President of America; an unstable figure with his finger on the nuclear trigger.
With Obama’s sudden and unexpected lurch to the ultra-right, committing America to unreserved support for Israel; therein strategically capturing McCain’s support base, Republicans would be well advised to swing to Ron Paul, the only pro-peace pro-prosperity candidate who could also win the hearts of even rusted-on Democrats and win back international respect for America. The rest of the world has been wondering why it is taking Americans so long to see the obvious.
